I am familiar with every home in our area and I will not bring you to a home that does not fit your needs. I do the legwork because I am a professional and it is my job to streamline the process for you. Every day I preview new listings that come on the market so when you tell me the home you want, I have the inventory at hand, and at a moments notice.
3) I am mortgage savvy
My prior experience in the mortgage business has equipped me to recommend mortgage programs, explain in detail the items of the Good Faith Estimate to help you compare lenders, and review the settlement sheets before closing to be sure closing day is smooth and efficient.
4) Professional contacts
Due to my staging and rehabbing experience I have a team of professionals that I would be happy to lend you. They range from mortgage brokers to painters to termite inspectors. Each is at the top of their professions and each provides the high level of service as yours truly.
5) Appraisal service
With me as your agent, you will be pricing your property right. It is important to get the information we used to price your home in front of the appraiser. I will be there for the appraisal and go over the information we used to price your property so your house will appraise at it's true value.
